I'm pretty interested in the different workouts available at the moment because i'm planning a bit push to lose weight and get fit in january. There are about a million different ones out there so i've been narrowing it down to the ones that look the best for what i want.
I've been using a good site called Best Home Workout Reviews that does a decent job of reviewing many of the popular workouts and telling you what they do, what results you will get, and how much they cost The ones i'm looking at are all home based workouts because it's not easy for me to get to a gym with the kids at home. It also looks like most of them don't need any equipment which i'm also pleased about because i can't really afford to spend on that sort of stuff when i need to buy christmas presents this month. The site recommends a lot of different workouts but the one that looks right for me is the ultimate shred. I've tried insanity in the past so i'd like something new. The shred looks good, it's 12 week and has lots of videos and a meal plan. the diet is normally the hardest thing for me to stick with, i just love sweets too much! So i'm going to start in january and hopefully lose a stone through the program. My goal is to fit into my favourite shorts which i've not been able to get into for a couple of years now, basically since my second was born. We'll see how it goes but i'm pretty confident i can do it this time around. :)
